Nothing funny or sarcastic will come out of this post, so I will just give us time to reflect on everything we have held on to in the past that needs to be released to get what we ultimately want out of life.

Whatever it may be, let's look for strength to move past it...in an emotionally, physically and spiritually safe and discerning way.
